Many U.S. Presidents were wealthy, but not all of them

Harry Truman playing the piano for Lauren Bacall
Here’s an interesting slides how for those interested in U.S. Presidential history. It features five Presidents, who unlike most of the others, weren’t wealthy.
As I read the captions, I didn’t feel sorry for those five men, but I did feel sorry for the country. Of the five, only Harry Truman served after 1881. Just one in the past 132 years. If you’re a member of the middle class, you’re chances of becoming President are probably less than winning the Powerball Jackpot...twice.
