Where is the Spanish-language healthcare website?

Cuidadodesalud.gov
Cuidadodesalud.gov

Could you imagine the complaints and shouts of racism if a Republican President had so badly messed up a website set up to provide insurance to Latinos? The criticism would have been immediate, constant, and full of vitriol. Yet, since Barack Obama is the one behind this technological debacle, everything is just fine and dandy.

This is a bit hypocritical, don’t you think?

Banning plastic guns is unconstitutional

A law is set to expire which would ban guns that lack metal parts, and would therefore be undetectable by metal detectors. I’m hoping the law is allowed to expire, and will be gone for good.

The Second Amendment states that the “right to bear arms shall not be infringed.” With that in mind, I oppose attempts to ban plastic guns, particularly those made by 3D printers. As far as I know, there have been no incidents involving such guns, and I think you would be hard-pressed to find a law enforcement officer who has even seen one, let alone confiscated one.

Would you want to live in a floating city?

floating city
the $10 billion floating city.

A Florida firm is looking for funding to construct a $10 billion floating city. It could accommodate 50,000 permanent residents, along with tens of thousands of overnight guests, visitors, and crew. It would have a roof-top airport, docks, schools, casino, hospital, stores, parks, an art gallery, and just about everything else you could imagine.

There’s no doubt the idea is intriguing. Imagine living in the same place, yet also traveling to countries around the globe. Visiting exotic places, meeting new people, and experiencing new cultures would be an everyday occurrence. It’s a great idea, but certainly not for everyone.

Kanye West is dumber than I thought

Kanye West
Kanye West

After reading about a recent interview done by Kanye West, I found out something I didn’t think was possible. West is even dumber than I thought he was!

In the interview, West claims that Barack Obama is having difficulty governing, because as a (half) black man, he lacks the connections a white man would have. Isn’t it convenient that he ignored the fact that Barack Obama outspent Mitt Romney, and raised more money than anyone in history?

Once again, we have people blaming Obama’s problems on the fact that he is black. They need to realize that his problems aren’t due to his race, they’re due to him being a lying ass.

Another holiday surprise from Barack Obama

Barack Obama Laughing
Barack Obama is laughing at you

He’s done it again. After announcing a delay to Obamacare just before the 4th of July holiday, Barack Obama has decided to announce another delay for small business. News of this delay comes hours before the nation celebrates Thanksgiving. So, while most people are reuniting with family, watching football, and eating turkey, the headlines will be up for a rather small audience.

If you think I’m wrong, don’t bother trying to argue with me. Let’s just wait until Christmas or New Year’s to see what other little tid bits of information will be leaked when non one is paying attention.

More armored vehicles hit America’s neighborhoods

Armored military surplus vehicle
Just what the local police department needs.

Check out this vehicle. This armored, 36,000 pound, $500,000 bomb-proof, bullet-proof behemoth was given to local police departments. So, you can’t own a semi-automatic rifle ini your own town, but your police department can treat you like a terrorist. Isn’t that great?

By the way, some of the cops like to use these vehicles to serve warrants. I kid you not!

Gordon Jenkins: A racist and a loser

Gordon Jenkins
Monticello, New York Mayor Gordon Jenkins

Gordon Jenkins, the mayor of Monticello, New York, who is black, was arrested for drunk driving. He was charged with multiple crimes, and repeatedly called the white police officers “crackas.” He was also arrested in the past for violence, and selling fake brand-name sneakers in his store. Let’s hope the people of Monticello call a racist a racist, and throw him out of office.

If Oprah Winfrey is looking for racists, she can look in the mirror

20131117-205122.jpg
Oprah Winfrey: Who is the real racist?

When I hear someone complain about racism, then make generalizations about those of another race without any evidence, I tend to view the person lodging the accusation as a racist. The latest example is none other than Oprah Winfrey.

Despite a huge amount of success and personal wealth, Oprah Winfrey seems to view the United States as a racist country. But don’t worry, it won’t be racist for long. As she pointed out to a British reporter, all of those old, white racist people will die one day, and the world will be a better place.

The Washington Redskins logo should stay

Washington Redskins' logo
Keep the Washington Redskins’ logo!

Now we have the Washington Redskins’ logo being compared to the Confederate Flag and the Swastika. I could be wrong, but I don’t recall the Washington Redskins murdering 5 million Jews. Those who make such ridiculous accusations do so because of their weak argument.

The logo should stay, and those who don’t like it can skip Redskins’ games and instead engage in more traditional liberal activities, like filling out food stamp applications.

National debt rises $328 billion in one day

The National Debt just rose $328 billionin one day! the big reason for the much larger than normal spending is probably due to the sordid accounting practices used by the Obama Administration, although, I don’t think things will slow down that much.

When Congress voted to increase the debt ceiling, they didn’t place a cap, or hard limit. Instead, they decided to institute a deadline. That means Obama can spend, and spend, and spend, as long as it all happens before February 7th. Can you imagine how many has would go out of business if they issued credit cards like that to consumers?

Arnold Schwarzenegger for President? No!

Arnold Schwarzenegger
Ormer Austrian Arnold Schwarzenegger

Arnold Schwarzenegger wants to run for President in 2016. Unfortunately for him, and fortunately for the United States, this is impossible since he isn’t a natural-born citizen. He is allegedly trying to push for a change to the Constitution, but thankfully, that doesn’t seem likely.

I don’t see Congress taking up such a change, but any politician who supports it deserves to be soundly defeated in their next election. A rule requiring the President to be a natural-born citizen was made in order to protect the country. We need to ensure that no President has any allegiance to another country, other than the United States.

With Schwarzenegger, we have three other problems besides his allegiance. The first is that he was an awful governor. Second, he is a RINO (Republican in Name Only), and third, he can’t be trusted. If you doubt his trustworthiness, just ask Maria Shriver.

Don’t allow illegal aliens to break the law

Illegal alien traffic sign
Look out for illegal aliens

With all of the pushovers and politically correct buffoons in the U.S., it seems like illegal aliens are becoming bolder. Instead of marches and rallies, we have individuals blocking trucks, chaining themselves to fences, disrupting legal proceedings, and causing major disruptions.

Here are people who have already violated federal law by either coming here illegally, or overstaying a visa. Now, they are attempting to use force in order to secure a “pathway to citizenship.” The truth is, they don’t want to face the reality. There already is a pathway to citizenship. They might not like the rules, but those rules are already in place. If they don’t like those rules, they can always go back to their lovely native countries and complain about them.

John McCain is 1 for 2

Barack Obama king
All hail King Obama!

John McCain finally said something that made sense in regards to Syria:

“No one wants American boots on the ground,” McCain told a radio show. “Nor will there be American boots on the ground, because there would be an impeachment of the president if they did that.”

I couldn’t agree more. Unfortunately, Juan McCain then came back with this foolish remark:

McCain also disagreed with Obama consulting congress instead of bombing Syria immediately.

“It’s common sense you don’t warn them and give them plenty of time to disperse,” McCain said.

Maybe poverty isn’t so bad after all

If you’re in America, living in poverty isn’t too bad. Check this out:

American poverty just ain’t what it used to be. A new report from the Census Bureau found that 80.9% of households considered poverty stricken have cell phones along with their landline phones, and 58.2% have computers. 96.1% of those in “poverty” have televisions, and 83% have some sort of DVR.
The percentage owning refrigerators? 97.8%
Gas or electric stoves? 96.6%.
Microwaves? 93.2%
Air conditioning? Over 83%.
Washer? 68.7%
Dryer? 65.3%
People still don’t mind washing dishes, apparently; only 44.9% surveyed had a dishwasher.

I can’t say i’m surprised by this report. After all, if your rent, food, childcare, health insurance, and schooling are free, while transportation and utilities are subsidized, that will leave you with a decent amount of disposable income. I would actually argue that they have more disposable income than someone who earns substantially more than them, since that person does the right thing and pays their way.

Welcome to Obama’s America.

Some perspective on debt limit increases

Debt Limit increases
Debt limit increases from 1940 to 2013.

I’m glad to see Republicans oppose debt limit increases. At some point, hopefully sooner rather than later, we need to say enough is enough. I just have one question: What took them so long?

A look at the graph above shows how many debt limit increases we’ve had over the past 70+ years. Where was the outrage? » read more

War without approval = impeachment

If Congress approves the resolution to attack Syria, I will be upset and complain incessantly. If Congress votes ‘no’ and Obama still sends the military, I hope I will be one of many calling for his impeachment.

Ignoring Congress’ vote on a war resolution would be one of the most flagrant violations of the Constitution, and would warrant removal from office. If it happens, let’s see if Congress has the balls to do anything about it.

John McCain: Ignorant warmonger

John McCain poker iPhone
John McCain playing poker on his iPhone

It’s pretty bad when a U.S. Senator is in a meeting with his colleagues discussing a military mission that could lead to the death of numerous U.S. service members, along with Syrian civilians, and he is so bored, that he feels it necessary to whip out his iPhone and play poker. Ladies and gentlemen, that Senator is John McCain.

John McCain, like his good friend Barack Obama, is nothing but a warmonger whose goal is to feed the military-industrial complex. Gambling on your iPhone during a serious meeting is bad. Gambling with the lives of Americans is unconscionable.

How to be a dictator: Part I

The first lesson in being a successful dictator is learning how to kill your own people. It’s inevitable that this will be done at some point, but it can’t be done in a haphazard way. The murdering needs to be done in a way that will allow the outside world to turn a blind-eye, allowing enough latitude to kill all the people you like.

When undertaking a mass-killing of your own people, the choice of weapons is an important consideration. In the case of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, he presided over the deaths of over 100,000 people with nary a peep from the world. His secret? “Conventional” weapons, of course! Unfortunately for Mr. Assad, he may have used sarin gas against his own people, resulting in the death of approximately 1,400 people. This is problematic.

You know something is wrong when Jamie Fox and Oprah Winfrey are invited to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Marin Lither King’s march on Washington, the the only black U.S. Senator wasn’t invited. I’m sure it had nothing to do with the fact that Tim Scott is a conservative Republican, and Tea Party favorite.

A gun didn’t kill Chris Lane, 3 degenerates did

Chris Lane
Chris Lane

Liberals never miss the opportunity to use a tragedy to advance one of their pet causes. An article in the Huffington Post has blamed the easy availability of guns for the shooting death of Australian baseball player Chris Lane. This is absolutely incorrect. The gun didn’t kill Chris Lane, James Edwards, Chancey Luna, and Michael Jones, were what killed Chris Lane.

I’m not sure if any of the liberals noticed, but 88 year-old WWII veteran Delbert Belton was murdered by two teens who beat him to death with flashlights. Are we going to ban flashlights next? If we ban cars, couldn’t we end vehicular homicides? Here’s another idea: Let’s only eat soup and soft foods so we can get rid of knives too! A liberal would say this line of thinking is ridiculous, but it makes perfect sense. Nearly anything could be used to kill someone!

Miley Cyrus is everything that’s wrong with music

Miley Cyrus MTv VMA
Miley Cyrus grinding Robin Thicke at the 2013 VMA’s

I used to love watching MTV when I was a kid. Some of you who are under 30 might not know this, but MTV actually stands for Music Television, and get this, they actually played music videos! Wow, what a concept! Not only that, but sometimes they would actually play talented musicians who didn’t have to act like over-sexed crack whores to sell a CD.

I didn’t watch this years Video Music Awards, and I haven’t in about 10 years or so. I stopped once I saw that talented alternative rock bands were getting short shrift due to the Britney Spears and N’Sync’s of the world. I wanted nothing to do with the pop crap.

George Zimmerman shops for a Kel-Tec CNC shotgun

Kel-Tec CNC shotgun
The Kel-Tec CNC shotgun

George Zimmerman went shopping for a Kel-Tec CNC shotgun recently, along with a tour of the Kel-Tec factory. Some are being critical, since Zimmerman used a 9mm Kel-Tec to defend himself against Trayvon Martin. Of course, those are the same people who believe he should never have a gun. Actually, they wouldn’t want you or I to have one either!

If Zimmerman did end up buying the Kel-Tec CNC, he made a good choice. It’s a 12 gauge shotgun that is only 26 inches long, holds 12+1 rounds, has a picatinny rail, and is ready for accessories. Nice choice!

Syria: Another war for the U.S.?

Syria President Bashar Al-Assad
Syrian President Bashar al-Assad

Here we go again. The United States is once again on the brink of initiating military action against a predominantly Muslim, Middle Eastern country, under the guise of helping its citizenry. This time, the alleged use of chemical weapons by the government, against rebels, is the impetus for readying the military.

With the exception of assisting Kuwait in 1991, and invading Afghanistan in 2001, none of the U.S. military interventions since World War II were necessary. Yet, even those two missions were botched, since both became nothing more than an opportunity for the United States to expand their military footprint, further expanding tensions in the region.

Spokane police have announced that they have arrested 16 year-old Demetrius Glenn in the murder and robbery of 88 year-old WWII veteran Delbert Belton. They are also actively looking for 16 year-old Kenan Adams-Kinard. The two alleged murderers will be charged as adults.

I’m also waiting to hear some type of comment from Barack Obama, Jesse Jackson, or Al Sharpton, but I won’t hold my breath waiting. Although, in their defense, they’re probably tired from all that time they spent defending that thug who assaulted, and attempted to murder, the neighborhood watchman in Sanford, Florida. After all, they must prioritize!

The flag you see above was seen at 50th anniversary celebrations of the March on Washington.
